A graduate of the University of Iowa, Katie interned at EE while completing her major in Psychology – and a minor in Communications, then joined the Experience Management team full time. Throwing herself into an Experience Audit or playing the role of Mystery Shopper yet again, Katie brings energy and a fresh perspective to every assignment.
